Strategic Planning

It's that time of year again. The GEM team members here in Ireland gathered at the end of March to discuss the vision of GEM and to decide on how best our resources could be used to see this vision lived out in Ireland. It was a time of prayer and listening. It was a time for brainstorming. It was a time for making decisions. It was a long two days but in the end I think we all felt excited with our direction for the year. We'll be putting the finishing touches our strategic plans in mid-April.
